The project was to renovate the bathroom of School #5 by repairing the pipes and installing new fixtures.
Cynden reports:
The project has been completed according to plan. We took time to raise more funds from the community and waited for school to be over before starting the work.
We repaired the pipes, and replaced 4 toilets and 4 sinks.
The plumbers first removed the broken toilets and sinks. Then they replaced the broken piping. Finally, they installed the new toilets and sinks.
This is a great thing for the school, because the students only have two bathrooms to choose from, and this one is the most accessible. With nicer, cleaner facilities, the school days for the children will be a lot more comfortable.
