TERRA Resource Development International is a nonprofit corporation founded by three Returned Peace Corps Volunteers. In a few short years, they have been successful in implementing a number of successful water and sanitation projects in Bolivia.
We are discussing with TERRA cooperation on a number of projects. They currently are assessing the viability and costs of possible projects in Bolivia. Upon review, we hope to join with them in implementing a number of them.

The focus will be on simple projects, readily achievable, with high impact. For example, the emphasis will be to repair pumps and wells to functioning status before embarking on the drilling of new wells.
The projects all contain a training component whereby local persons working on a project will move on to the next project and provide teaching and leadership. The goal would be a sustainable process whereby little outside assistance would be needed on the ground to implement new projects in the future.
