The project was to build a rainwater catchment and storage system at the clinic.
Kyle reports:
The project has been completed.
I went into town where I bought the 3,800 liter water tank, 5 pipes, and a tap to be transported to the medical center in my village.
After the ceremony where I gave the materials over to the community the work slowly began.
First the medical center paid for the cement support base to be built. It rained so often that it took a very long time for it to dry completely.
After that the gutters and pipes were installed the system was completed.
We are grateful to Kyle for completing the project. Over 30,000 patients who are seen at the hospital each year will benefit from this reliable source of clean water. We again extend our thanks to Lisa Babbitt for providing the funding.
