The project was to provide handwashing stations and drinking fountains at the school.

Bradley reports:

Sovetskiy School # 3 has completed their water project and we now have clean and free drinking water for everyone who enters the building, as well as six sinks for hand washing.

After ordering and purchasing necessary materials from a local plumbing supplier in our town, the school maintenance workers installed the new filter, sink basins, and drinking fountains. They then made all necessary electrical and plumbing connections to supply this water to the water basins, outfitted with drinking fountains for easy and comfortable access to drinking water.

We installed the sinks in one of the main corridors so that all of our students will have the opportunity to wash their hands with ease before meals or after using the bathroom. We have also installed a few water fountains so that free drinking water is available to keep our students hydrated.

Our county administration came through our school and was very pleased by this addition. The water from these faucets was tested at the time and is safe for drinking.

The director of the school and community are excited about this renovation and believe this change will greatly improve the day-to-day life at the school. This will also help to provide healthier lifestyle habits for our community.

Thank you for providing our school with the funds necessary to improve our water system.

We are grateful to Bradley for completing this project. We are still seeking donations.
