Conclusion of PAIN El Sitan Water Deposit Project – Guatemala

This project has been completed under the direction of Peace Corps Volunteer Amber Bell. To read about the beginning of the project, CLICK HERE.

The project was to construct an elevated concrete water deposit, connect it to the well, and install a pump to bring water from the well to the tank.

Amber reports:

The water deposits were built by the mayor, and the water pump and tubing were installed. The project went according to plan, and without difficulties.

The water deposit was built on top of the bathroom facilities. The water pump was installed in the well, and now provides water to the deposits, sink, and bathrooms.

Thank you for all of your support.

We wish to thank Amber for completing this project, and again extend our gratitude to The Soneva SLOW LIFE Trust for providing the funding.
