The project was to install a new water supply and storage system at Novomykolaivka School Number 1.

David reports:

The project has been completed at Novomykolaivka School Number 1.

Our fall break was from October 26th until Nov. 3rd and during that time our Vice Principal and school handyman purchased and installed the two large reservoirs and the water pump.

The first reservoir, 1 cubic meter in size, was installed in the cafeteria. The second reservoir, .7 cubic meters in size, was installed in the main school building. The reservoirs were connected to the city water supply with additional piping, and the pump was added.

It took three half days and a little extra work this weekend but now everything is currently up and running. The pump works automatically and requires no maintenance. It also is able to send water to our water heater in the basement so now we also will have hot water whenever we need it!

Thanks you so much for making this possible.

We are grateful to David for completing this project. We again extend our thanks to the Paul Bechtner Foundation for providing the funding, with additional funds from Wilco Krul.
