Conclusion of Battambang Regional Teacher Training Center Water and Sanitation Project – Cambodia

This project has been completed under the direction of Peace Corps Volunteer Darlene Grant. To read about the beginning of the project, CLICK HERE.

The project was to repair the sanitation facilities in the building serving female teacher trainees.

Darlene reports:

The project has been completed. In less than 2-weeks of the commitment of the funds, there was running water in the upstairs cistern, and all the in-ground toilets in the dorm were working.

Without drama, without fanfare….fixed…working…and happily being used by the teacher trainee dorm residents.

We are grateful to Darlene for completing this project, and again wish to thank her friends and family for providing the funding.
